This job involved many different projects: Constructing a new deck, steps and rails; Constructing a fence (which can be removed during winter months) with a locking gate. Installing a pre-fabricated 6-foot PVC fence around yard.

The top rails are 2 X 6 pressure-treated lumber. The rungs are placed 4 inches apart to comply with local building codes.

The frame to this porch was still in very good shape, so I replaced the decking and applied a trim board to the front. Both the rails and the decking were constructed from pressure-treated lumber.
